Before you reach out
Do you build the AI systems, or just advise?
Both. We advise on strategy and we build the implementations — in your CRM, your data infrastructure, your existing tech stack. We can co-build alongside your team or deliver independently. The answer depends on your capacity and preference, not a fixed model.
Do I have to start with an assessment?
We strongly suggest it. The foundation assessment is how we confirm your readiness before any outcome package begins — it's why our sprint engagements succeed where unscooped projects stall. Skipping it means buying implementation without a validated use case. We won't recommend that path.
Do you require HubSpot?
No. We implement in your existing platform — HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or others. For HubSpot clients, we build natively. For other platforms, we adapt. We mention HubSpot because we have deep implementation expertise there, but it's never a requirement.
How soon can we start?
We accept a limited number of new engagements per quarter. Foundation assessments can often begin within 2–3 weeks of contract execution. Outcome package sprints typically start 1–2 weeks after assessment completion.
